Carmen graduated the Faculty of Law at the “Titu Maiorescu” University – class 2000, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2001 and of the Romanian Naţional Union of Insolvency Practitioners – Bucharest Branch since 2022.

She has a master degree in Management and Financial Audit at the “Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University.

She is specialized in civil, commercial and criminal cases. Carmen has a significant experience in representing the clients in all the stages of the insolvency procedures, real estate disputes, contract liability cases, court enforcement, fiscal law, administrative law and criminal law.

Carmen published legal books that approach sensitive issues in the matters of civil law: Absolute Nullity – Prescription Period – Statute of Limitation, Subrogation in Rights: Fiction or A Legal Reality?, Obligation to Give, Obligation to Do.

She represents the clients before any law courts and at all levels of the public prosecutor’s offices, including DNA and DIICOT. Specialized in strategies of defence of natural and legal persons, she defended the interests of reputed business people and public officers in cases of major complexity that included activities of multidisciplinary research.

She speaks English fluently.
