Giorgiana graduated the University of Bucharest, the Faculty of Law, class 2006, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association as from 2007, and of the Romanian National Union of Insolvency Practitioners – Bucharest Branch since 2022.

She has a master degree in Business Law at the „Titu Maiorescu” University.

She is specialized in civil and commercial cases. Giorgiana has a significant experience in the representation of clients in all the stages of insolvency procedures, in real estate disputes, contract liability cases, court enforcement, fiscal law, administrative law and hotel law.

In matters of real estate, Giorgiana coordinated various judicial and extra-judicial procedures regarding the reclaiming of real estate property or the payment of indemnities.

Giorgiana gives consultancy and assistance in matters of associations and foundations, in what regards their establishment and operation. She is also involved in all the issues regarding the consumer rights and intellectual property rights.

She also has a vast managerial experience, acquired in 15 years of activity as a partner at the law office “Igor ONUȚA & Asociaţii”.

She speaks English fluently.
