Aliona Pogreban

Aliona graduated the “Ovidius” University of Constanţa, the Faculty of Law, class 2007, is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association from 2011 and of the Romanian National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from 2014.

As a lawyer, Aliona gives legal assistance and representation both to natural and legal persons in various areas of practice, prevailingly in matters of civil law such as:

  • Establishment of trading companies, drafting agreements and consultancy in the current business of the legal entities, from establishment to the strike-off of the company;
  • Insolvency procedure – an area of interest both to the creditors and the debtors;
  • • Applications on the reclaming of citizenship, assistance and/or representation at the National Citizenship Authority;
  • Civil status (transcriptions, duplicates, apostilles, rectifications, registration of death/divorce)

As an insolvency practitioner, Aliona can handle a portfolio of insolvency procedures in the period of observation, judicial reorganization or bankruptcy, and voluntary liquidation before the Trade Register Office.

She speaks Russian and English fluently.
