Cătălina graduated the “Nicolae Titulescu“ University, the Faculty of Law, class 2008, and a master program in Criminal Sciences at the “Nicolae Titulescu” University in 2009.

Cătălina is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2009, and from 2010 she has been a fully qualified lawyer.

She is specialized in the field of criminal law. She provides legal assistance and representation to suspects and defendants in the field of criminal law, both in the prosecution stage and arraignment, legal assistance and representation to injured parties that enter as civil parties in a criminal case, in order to recover a prejudice after the commitment of a crime. She provides the said services in the following matters: road traffic crimes, tax evasion crimes, unintentional bodily injury, forgery and fraud; theft, robbery, crimes specified in Law no. 143/ 2000 regarding the prevention and fighting of illicit drug trafficking and use.

Cătălina provides legal assistance and representation in matters of civil law (recovery of debts, claims of indemnity based on liability in tort, divorces, division of property after divorce, partition of successon).

Cătălina also provides legal assistance and representation in matters of contraventional law – disputing the minutes that depict breaches in the circulation on public roads.

She speaks English fluently.
