· operator means the natural or legal person, the public authority, agency or other authority that, alone or with other authorities, sets the scopes and means for processing personal data; when the goals and means for such processing of data are set through the Union’s right or the domestic rights, the operator or the specific criteria for its assigning can be provided by the Union’s right or by the specific right of that country;
· person empowered by the operator refers to the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other authority that processes the personal data on behalf of the operator;
· the person concerned means the natural person whose personal data is processed;
· processing means any operation or set of operations carried out upon the personal data or upon the sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adapting or amendment, extraction, consulting, use, disclosure through transmission, dissemination or handing over in any other way whatsoever, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction of data.
CHAPTER IV
Objectives of the GDPR policy
1. Ensure the legality of the data operation
In the performance of its activities, igoronutasiasociatii.ro will process personal data of its clients in the following conditions:
a. the person concerned gave his/her consent;
b. the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a contract in which the person concerned is a party;
c. the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation pertaing to it;
d. the processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interest of the person concerned or of another natural person;
e. the processing is necessary to the legitimate interests pursued by www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro or by the operator (should www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro act as attorney).
2. Ensure the rights of the person

This period may be extended by two months when necessary, and subject to the complexity and the number of the requests received. The website www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro will inform the person concerned with regard to any such extenson of time within one month from the receipt, and will also present the grounds for such delay.
If no measures are taken with regard to the request of the person concerned, the website www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro will inform the person concerned without delay and within one month at the most after the receipt of the request, about the reasons why it did not take measures and about the possibility that the person may have to file for a complaint before a supervisory authority and to introduce a judicial remedy at law.
