Personal data is used in conditions that must ensure the safety, confidentiality and observance of the rights of the persons concerned, and with the observance of the following principles:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         legality, equity and transparence;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         determined, explicit and legitimate purpose;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         minimization of data (adequate, relevant and limited data);<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         accuracy, topicality;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7          limited storage;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         integrity and confidentiality;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHAPTER I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Goal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The goal of the General Policy for the Protection of Personal Data (\"GDPR Policy\u201d) is to set the rules and practices that regulate how the site  www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro will ensure the compliance with the principles and rules set by GDPR in the activities of processing the personal data entrusted to it by the clients, suppliers, partners, employees, and other natural persons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chapter II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This policy applies to all the activities carried out by www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro that imply the processing of personal data in its capacity as operator, and those carried out by the site as an attorney of a different operator, on the condition that the activities fall within the right of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHAPTER III<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Definitions and abbreviations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         consent of the person concerned means any manifestation, by the person concerned, of free, specific and informed will that is expressed without amibiguity, by which the person accepts through a statement or an unequivocal action that his\/her personal data should be processed;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7        personal data refers to any information regarding an identified or indentifiable natural person (\"the person concerned\u201d) directly or indirectly,  especially with regard to an element of identification such as a name, an identification number, localization data, an online identifier or one or several specific elements, proper to his\/her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         DPD  - department for the protection of personal data;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         DPO \u2013 the person responsible with the protection of the personal data;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         GDPR means REGULATION no. 679 of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         operator means the natural or legal person, the public authority, agency or other authority that, alone or with other authorities, sets the scopes and means for processing personal data; when the goals and means for such processing of data are set through the Union\u2019s right or the domestic rights, the operator or the specific criteria for its assigning can be provided by the Union\u2019s right or by the specific right of that country;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         person empowered by the operator refers to the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other authority that processes the personal data on behalf of the operator;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7        the person concerned means the natural person whose personal data is processed;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         processing means any operation or set of operations carried out upon the personal data or upon the sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adapting or amendment, extraction, consulting, use, disclosure through transmission, dissemination or handing over in any other way whatsoever, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction of data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHAPTER IV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the GDPR policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ensure the legality of the data operation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the performance of its activities, igoronutasiasociatii.ro will process personal data of its clients in the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>a.        the person concerned gave his\/her consent;<\/p>\n<p>b.       the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a contract in which the person concerned is a party;<\/p>\n<p>c.        the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation pertaing to it;<\/p>\n<p>d.       the processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interest of the person concerned or of another natural person;<\/p>\n<p>e.        the processing is necessary to the legitimate interests pursued by www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro or by the operator (should www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro act as attorney).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ensure the rights of the person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The website www.igoronutasiasociatii.ro observes the right of the natural persons to the protection of their private life.<\/p>\n<p>When processing personal data, the company will communicate to the person concerned what data it collects, the purpose of the collection, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, the duration of the data storage, their deletion at the end of the storage period. This period may be extended by two months when necessary, and subject to the complexity and the number of the requests received.
