About us
The Civil Profesional Law Office “IGOR ONUȚA & ASOCIAȚII” was established in 2011 after the transformation of the Individual Law Office ONUȚA IGOR established in 2001 by the lawyer IGOR ONUȚA.
Our vision expresses a law office where all the clients are represented with equal importance, without hierarchies or in a discriminating way.
Our team is formed of well-trained and experienced lawyers, members of the Bucharest Bar Association as from 1998.
We can provide representation in three languages of wide circulation: English, French and Russian. Our services are both for legal entities and natural persons.
We are prepared to answer to a wide range of interests and needs. Our team can travel to business purposes in Romania and Europe, according to our clients’ needs.
The office has partner offices both in Romania and in countries like Ukraine, Republic of Moldova and others, with which we collaborate permanently.
Overview
The current realities of Romania are characterized by an unprecedented phenomenon of legislative creativity, due to the necessity to draft, enact and apply new laws and/or codes. This necessity derives from Romania’s obligation to adopt the community acquis, through the continual amendment of the normative deeds, the drawing up and adoption of normative documents in fields not regulated up to the present, or by systematizing the legislation.
Therefore, we believe that professional legal assistance and advice should be an obvious and permanent necessity for the existence and activity of both legal and natural persons.
